At 37x12 it comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms - 2 twin (1 twin bed folds back to provide space for a travel cot (provided)) and 1 double with a hide away TV/VCR combi, hairdryer and en-suite shower room with toilet.

The centrally located lounge area has generous seating in front of an impressive recessed 'Adam Style' fireplace with Living Flame effect electric fire creating an attractive focal point, stylish french windows and overlooks a recreational field and the impressive landscape beyond.

The caravan also comes equipped with a 21" TV, DVD player and folding solid wood coffee table to stow away creating extra floor space.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with separate integrated fridge and freezer, full size gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster, iron, ironing board and most importantly more than adequate work surface.

Our caravan is situated within a modern development with paved walkway, tarmac hard standing, enclosed dustbin areas and mains piped gas (so no running out of gas whilst showering!!!).

The open, non-regimental styling of the development means that our caravan is not enclosed and is therefore bathed in sunshine from dawn til dusk (weather permitting).
